Your first session is all about understanding you. We’ll talk through your injury, training background, goals, and frustrations then perform a detailed movement assessment to uncover the root cause of your pain. From there, we create a personalized plan to fix the issue at its source and help you return to the activities and sports you enjoy—stronger and pain-free.

Please wear athletic clothing and sneakers that allows you to move freely without any limitations. You will be moving so dress appropriately.

Each visit, including the evaluation and all follow-ups is 60 minutes long, however we can be flexible with work schedules. You will receive one-on-one care for the full hour with your Doctor of Physical Therapy each session.

ResilienC PTP intentionally chooses not to participate with insurance companies. This allows us to treat our patients one-on-one for hour long visits and provide much higher quality care—not juggling 3-4 patient’s at once—achieving better outcomes for our clients at a faster rate than insurance-based clinics.
